Shipping Policy

Pickup Orders

All standard orders are pickup only and must be collected from one of our three designated pickup locations.

    •    Your selected pickup location and time window will be provided at checkout.

    •    Customers are responsible for arriving during their scheduled pickup window.

    •    If you need to change your pickup time or location, arrangements must be made in advance. Orders not picked up during the scheduled window without prior communication may be forfeited.

 

Special Order Shipping

We do offer limited, special-order in-country shipping.

    •    Shipping is available by request only and must be arranged prior to placing your order.

    •    Buyer is responsible for the full cost of USPS Priority Mail shipping.

    •    Shipping costs will vary based on order size, weight, and destination.

    •    Once shipped, West Willow Homestead is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 

Due to the nature of farm-fresh and perishable products, we cannot guarantee delivery times once an order is in the hands of the shipping provider.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food or farm-produced items.

 

That said, we stand behind our products and follow standard food safety policies. If there is an issue with your order related to quality, damage, or an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

 

Customer satisfaction matters to us, and we are always happy to address legitimate concerns fairly and reasonably.
